Shipping is unavailable during the summer. We will resume shipping on the 3rd week of September.
Thank you for your interest in our products! Please note that we are a small business, and there may be instances where your order rolls over to the following week if we reach capacity.

Payment Information:
- Zelle is our preferred payment method. Payments must be received within 24 hours of ordering, or the order will be canceled.

Order Deadlines & Shipping:

Cut-off for orders: Every Sunday at noon for shipping the following week. Orders placed after noon on Sunday will be shipped on Wednesday of the following week.

Due to production limitations and carrier constrains, orders may roll over to the next week. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us via social media.

Shipping Schedule: All orders ship on Wednesdays via UPS & USPS Priority Mail:
- East Coast & Midwest orders ship via USPS.
- West Coast orders ship via UPS.
- If you prefer a different carrier, please contact us to make arrangements.
Important Shipping Notes:
- Please check with your carrier for any potential delays in your area. If delays are present, we recommend postponing your order until they are resolved.
- Once your tracking number is provided, the order has been handed over to the carrier, and we no longer have control over the shipment.
- If your package doesn’t update or move, please contact the carrier directly.
Gel Ice Packs Available:
We now offer gel ice packs for purchase to help maintain the freshness of your items during shipping.
Refund & Replacement Policy:
We do not offer refunds or replacements at this time. Once tracking numbers are issued, orders are no longer eligible for refunds.
Shipping Costs:
100% of the shipping fees are to be covered by the buyer.
