Order Processing and Payment

• We are a small business, and there may be delays in order processing.
• Zelle is our preferred payment option. Payment must be received within 24 hours or orders will be canceled.

Order Cut-off and Shipping

• Order cut-off is every Sunday at noon for shipping the following week.
• Orders placed after Sunday noon will ship the Wednesday of the following week.
• If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us on social media.
• All orders ship on Wednesdays via UPS & USPS Priority Mail.
• East coast and Midwest customers will ship USPS, while West coast customers will ship UPS.
• If you require a different carrier, please contact us to make arrangements.
• Check with carriers for any delays in your area before ordering. Delayed areas should postpone orders.
• Once you receive a tracking number, the order has been turned over to the carrier, and we cannot control it.

Gel ice is now available for purchase to help ensure the freshness of your items.

Refunds and Shipping Fees

• We do not offer refunds or replacements for any orders at this time.
• Once tracking numbers are issued, packages are no longer eligible for refunds.
• Buyers are responsible for 100% of the shipping fees.
